What is self-assessment, and do I need to do one?

Self-assessment is the process of reporting your income other than HMRC and calculating the tax you owe. You meed need to file one if you have rental income, a side hustle or are self-employed.

What expenses can I claim?

How much do your services cost?

We know the answer it depends is frustrating, but it really does. A landlord with one property and employment income will require less than a landlord with a large portfolio, sole trader income and dividends. We provide indication of cost on our Services page but we encourage you to book a free 30-minute appointment from which we will provide a clear and transparent quote.
